How much does CaterMeThis cost?

Nothing! Well, you still have to pay for the food, but our prices are the same as the restaurant's. We do not upcharge our customers.

 


 

Does CaterMeThis deliver the food?

Currently, no. We leave everything to the experts. Our caterers have lots of experience and expertise when it comes to food prep, delivery, and set-up. However, we do provide delivery assistance as needed.

 


 

How do I know my order went through?

As soon as you place the order, you will get an email confirmation that your order was submitted to the restaurant (and us). However, you will have to wait for a second email confirmation that the order was accepted by the restaurant. When you get that second confirmation email, you know your order went through and your food is going to be delivered.

If for any reason the restaurant cannot fulfill your order, you will get an email notifying you. If this happens, simply find another caterer in our selection for your event. You can always call us to help you pick the right caterer to fit your needs.

 


 

Do I need a credit card to order?

Nope! We accept direct payments in the form of purchase orders and checks for pre-approved accounts. If you need to place an order without a credit card, please request approval for direct payment when you create your CaterMeThis account. Or you can email us at support@catermethis.com or call us at 713-842-7257 to approve your account for direct payment.

 


 

Do you accept orders from tax exempt institutions?

Yes! If you are part of a tax exempt organization or institution, simply request approval for tax exemption when you create your CaterMeThis account. Or you can email us at support@catermethis.com or call us at 713-842-7257 to mark your account tax exempt.

 


 

Where can I find my invoices and receipts?

You can find all your previous invoices in your Orders and Reviews page. Simply click on the profile iconicon in the upper right hand corner of the website and click Orders and Reviews to view all your invoices. To download your invoice as a PDF, press CTRL + P on your keyboard when viewing the invoice and print to Adobe PDF.

 


 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before the order delivery date / time. If you need to cancel within that 24 hour window, the caterer may charge for the cost of food already prepared. If you need to cancel an order within the 24 hour window, please email us at support@catermethis.com or call us at 713-842-7257.

Is CaterMeThis an approved vendor for my organization?

Please see our Vendor Approval List page to see if CaterMeThis is registered and approved to do business with your organization. If you do not see your organization on the list, please email us at info@catermethis.com or call us at 713-842-7257 so we can initiate the vendor approval process.
